Alina Freeman (she/her) is a thoughtful and deliberate strategist with a passion for research. She thrives when she can dig through data to find meaningful insights that will drive a project in the right direction.
Diversity, equity and inclusion is at the core of everything Alina does. She believes inclusion strategy is integral to all communications tactics and the two must live in harmony to create meaningful work for clients. She isn’t afraid to speak up and hold those around her accountable to be more intentional in how they think and create.
Alina is a second-year graduate student at Michigan State University where she studies advertising and public relations. Her research interests include the intersection of race, media and culture. She is a research assistant at MSU and the communications graduate assistant for Residence Education and Housing Services. Prior to MSU, Alina graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in African American studies.
