Claire McIntyre loves a deadline. As Assistant Strategist for Piper & Gold Public Relations, she works to build powerful and successful social media campaigns and events for a wide variety of government agencies, nonprofits and businesses. But it’s not just P&G clients Claire helps – she’s also strategically optimized our agency’s media relations process and outreach.
She digs in and customizes each client’s data-tracking process and helps to amplify their messages on social media. And she prefers to do it with an iced chai in her hand.
Although her role at P&G is Claire’s first post-college job, she’s not new to our team. She joined us as a student strategist while working toward her B.S. in advertising at Michigan State University. As a student, she also worked on the production team for Spartan Vision, MSU’s in-house athletic communications broadcasting department. So, yes, that means she might have put your face on the Jumbotron.
Claire has a big heart for animals and has spent time as a Pawsitive Start volunteer for the Michigan Humane Society. While there, her family rescued two fur babies – Libby, a spunky and cuddly terrier mix, and Zelda, a sassy mutt who lives for walks. She lives in East Lansing but is traveling or with her family every chance she gets.
